Dear Colleagues,
Starting from January 2025, the 11th edition of the Nice International Classification will be adopted by the Iraqi Trademark Registrar. We will provide you with a copy of this classification, which is divided into 45 international classes, each of which is subdivided into two or more subcategories, as soon as it is issued. It will certainly be released before its implementation at the beginning of the coming year.
